IF I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. The only good thing about this dealership is Vikki, our sales rep. She was amazing. but everyone and everything else was a hassel, and the WORST customer service, and the WORST, most unprofessional people work in the office. They don't want to work, they want you to do all the work for them, and they are so rude and not worth any time. They get paid by the dealership; not me. Buying our new 2500 from Darin Cooley at Klement Dodge was so easy, I started wondering if I’d been hypnotized. One minute I was just “looking,” and the next I was shaking hands and holding keys like I won a game show.

Service department is poor I called several different dealership hoping to get it in sooner. Told had to leave it they would get to it when they could get to it. Said I could not be without my vehicle for weeks (check engine light). Stated like I said we get to when we can get to it and then how ever long that takes. When someone doesn`t care about fixing my vehicle why would they care about how well of a job they do? Someone need to hire people that want to work!
Very knowledgeable, great service, always honest and upfront. They also get you in and get you out fast not like your typical dealerships.
Not friendly and not inviting, definitely lacks anything but the bare minimum. No one was rude, but also no one was Remotely Happy for me to be there.

I went in for an oil change and told him I had a maintenance contract that I bought with my pick up and they refused to even look at. It told me I didn’t buy at their dealership so they weren’t gonna honor it. What kind of crap is that from a Dodge dealership
Jacob was amazing. One of the best things we admired about him was he saw us walking around the lot looking at vehicles and he was busy with other customers. He quickly came by and assured us he called someone to attend to us. He checked on us 2 times and although no one came, he came over to help us as soon as his customers left. We admired how well he checked up on us. We were grateful he was our sales agent.
I don’t love that they try to sell used cars as new but super happy with my vehicle.
